Encountered error 1603 while updating office 2016

So consider updating the Office Online Server during either non-critical or non-business hours.
I was able to go to %temp% and found the install log which has this error listed "Error: Failed to install product: C:\MSOCache\All Users\-C\Office64Error Code: 1603(0x643)"I have found out that it installs without any issue without the Anniversary Update.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this thing to install with the Anniversary Update?
If this happens, you have to rebuild your Office Online Server farm.
To rebuild a farm, you must remove the Office Online Server from the farm by using Remove-Office Web Apps Machine, uninstall Office Online Server by using Add or remove programs, and then reinstall Office Online Server by following the steps that are described in Deploy Office Online Server.
